I like this poem. Nicely done with correct observation of formating with a patriotic salute at the end for our troops. Only exclamation marks would work at the end of each of those lines, I agree.

Your poem captures the patriotic spirit of Independence Day so well! The emphasis on unity through the act of saluting the flag is great. What a nice poem to celebrate the holiday. Nicely done!

An excellent entry for the Write a 3-5-3- writing prompt. A nice poem for the upcoming holiday as a reninder of what we are celebrating. i like the presentation with the flag and the multi-colored text. Good job,

Thank you for the reminder that we should come together, at least during this anniversary of our country. My parents served our country in WWII. I long for the days when we were not so divided. Good job!
