Ii have never seen Cathedral Rock, but I can imagine there would be precious solitude amidst those cliffs. A wonderful photo selected to illustrate your short poem. Rod

I actually took the photo on a trip to the Southwest a couple of months ago. There is a quiet sacredness when viewing Cathedral Rock, which may have played a part in its naming. There is a similar effect when gazing upon the Grand Canyon. It's pretty much indescribable unless you see it in person. Thank you for your review.
