A few new characters pop up from what I've been reading. We have a rookie with an infatuation who is interested in what she's doing.

Also, her boss wants results in her investigation.

Sandra finds herself locked up and uses her friend Annie to try and bail her out, with an interruption from Les, and with some difficulty convinced him there is a real need to bail her out. Then she is being watched by Michael who seems to fancy her, keeping into her with Jack, well done Carol, , blessings Roy

I'm sitting on the edge of my seat. Your descriptions, dialogue, and action scenes make me feel like I'm watching a movie. There's another mystery and/or challenge with every few paragraphs. I don't know where Patrick is, but there's big drama in this story just following Sandra. I'm sure Patrick will pop in when he's ready. I especially liked the comedy scene between Louie, Tony, and Terrence.

Where did Patrick go? He needs to be there when Sandra gets into the Judge's office. Jack is certainly going to be surprised when he sees his dead grandfather. But will a mortal believe a ghost?

I didn't believe in ghosts or spits, but I know I definitely believe in angels. My daughter appeared at her grandmother's bedside as she was dying. I even have a picture of her. she had passed in 2014..three years prior. with all my heart, I believe she came to take her grandmother home. So will the mortal believe his grandfather...I'll bet he will. Might think it's a hoax at first, but in the end, he will.

Even after a night in jail, she still smelled good. (We're in Sandra's POV how would she know what he thought. Maybe have in smiling after he inhaled.)

Thanks as always, Sandra. Yes, Les will try to rein her in and claim the glory, but I think Sandra has blossomed since coming to the mansion and he might be in for a surprise or two. And since Michael's along for the ride, he might play guard now and then. LOL

I'm not sure he expected the "guards" to drowned her, but they weren't think to well. I think he thought the mortals would come looking for her and they'd catch a few others. Lucky for Madeline, it worked out differently.

FIXED AND THANK YOU AGAIN! Not just for the corrections, but for reading all the chapters and catching up on my story. It means so much to me. I can't thank you enough. You are awesome!

As for Patrick... we shall see where he wondered off too soon, I hope. And Sandra.... like a dog with a bone...she is headed right back to the judge's office with the police hot on her trail.

I have to thank Beth.... well. Michael has to thank Beth.... because she's been asking for a love relationship for Sandra and the only guy was Jack... a bit old for my girl. So I created Michael to fill the spot. Adds a little moonlight and stars to the story. LOL
