It's truly disheartening, what's happening in the United States. The politicians have dug such a big hole, I don't know how we'll ever get out of it. Of course, we have our own people asking for money for education, green energy, education--you name it. And then other countries look to the United States for financial help. Something's got to give. Your five line poem does a great job describing the problem, and I like that you make a coherent thought and include rhyme in your presentation. judi

"Good News" not... Canada is in the same boat with our dear Prime minister that is promising billions to fuel a war, and have not even got down from the cloud to see that no matter how much is taxing the poor idiots that still are willing to work, we can make "Canada great again." I read your President has put the nation through the grinder.
Once the people?s voice counted , not anymore.
I live in Europe . Last week there was yet another G7 summit in my country and Zelensky was there begging for more money.
He isn?t even the President of Ukraine anymore . His 5 year term ended in May but he refused to have elections.
This dictator just wants to drag the war on because he is corrupt and he wants to keep funds flowing in ...funds that will fill the pockets of his corrupt government while Ukraine soldiers continue to die needlessly for a war already lost since Sep last year.
In the meantime hard working people are struggling to pay their mortgage, bills, food to eat.

It is true.People like to spend lots of cash in causing chaos than in pursuing good things or peace in the world.
Many people love to gain fame especially when war breaks out and nations are tearing each other apart.

We are in the year 2024 and our leaders are still waging war with each other.
The American military-industrial complex sold arms for $238 billion last year.
And Biden has sent 170 billion dollars in aid to Ukraine despite America has a 3 trillion dollar debt.
In the meantime people are struggling to pay their mortgage, bills , buy food.

I agree with you. There are many Covid restrictions still in my country too. Madness.
Zelensky is now a dictator.

Biden doesn't want to acknowledge that Russia has won the war with the election so near.
2. Zelensky was at the G7 summit here in Italy last week begging for money.
He wants the war to continue because he is corrupt and he wants to keep funds flowing in ..good part of the funds will end up again in the pockets of his corrupt government while Ukraine soldiers are sent to die needlessly for a war already lost since Sep last year.
3. the American military-industrial complex sold arms for $238 billion last year in Ukraine so you can see why it wants the war to continue.
Meanwhile the people have to deal with inflation created by the war.
Life has become an ongoing struggle to stay afloat.

Wow, all that is news to me. I'll admit. I haven't been watching much lately as I've had so much on my plate, that and it's depressing, but thank you for the update!!
