Thank you so very much for your kind review. I appreciate it. I woke up this morning. Went into the kitchen to get myself a cup of tea as I was sitting at the table my second daughter came down the hallway walked in and said hi mom I did not know she was coming to see me. She had been she had been doing this since March. She will be with me for one week and we will have a lot of time to do some work on our friendship as well.

Thank you very much for your nicer review. I appreciate it this morning. I woke up to a real pleasant surprise. My second oldest daughter had been planning a trip from Kansas to come see me and this morning when I was sitting in the kitchen table, she came walking in and said hi mom. So and she?s going to be here for a week with me and I am sure that we will get a lot of good time and have our friendship there be very good. Patricia .

Thank you very much for your kind review. It is very much appreciated. Friendships are very special and I got a special surprise this morning. My second daughter arrived from Kansas to be with me for one week and it was a total surprise that she had been planning since March.

I like your choice of words here, with their contrasting meaning. Ironically, it is the "bonds" of friendship which set us free. A clever thought. And there is a spiritual application to that as well. Penny looks lovely, as do you!

It is good to be able to have a close friendship with your daughter. I have close friendships with two daughter and my son. The other daughter thinks of me as her mother rather than her friend.

What a sweet sentimental poem, Patricia. I like friendship being compared to a contract, and that sealed with a hug or handshake. Just like in the old days when a handshake meant something.
