It?s nice to see so much enthusiasm.

I saw the film recently with Austin Butler and Tom Hanks and learned that he grew up in a very poor black neighbourhood, something I did not know.

That of course explains his beautiful soul, gospel style, and the shake. ( biggrin).

Glad you enjoyed listening to the video I provided.

I was just a kid but I do remember hearing on the news the death of Elvis.

What do you think of the last film come out a couple of months ago on Elvis. Did you like Tom Hank and Austin Butlers acting?

I'm blind now and didn't see it. I have my vintage records and other ways to enjoy Elvis. I do a countdown Jukbox Hits on this site, sorta like Casey Kasem's countdown I used to enjoy as a teenager.

I still play my father?s old Kenwood he bought in the early 70s. I wrote a poem about it.

I love dusting the vinyls and listening to the sound.

I do have some American LPs:
Michael Jackson,
Cher ,
Freddie

a couple of English LPs:
Rod Steward, Elton John.

I have loads of 45s from my country.

I love traditional Greek music and sad country.

It?s getting hard to find the needles , I bought two in Milano about 12 years ago.

PS: what do you mean : countdown Jukebox on this site??

About 10 years ago I saw the mini series on Elvis played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers .

He won a golden globe for his performance.

I thought he was amazing in the part.
