Ciao mystery poet, you have two votes now.
I do think humanity will destroy itself and once we are out of the way Mother Nature over time will regenerate and flourish again.
We have not learned one important lesson yet: we can't live without mother natures help
She on the other hand will be just fine without us.

This says a lot in just a few words. I enjoyed reading, however I think world is just one syllable. So you might want to add a syllable to the second line. Other than that, it's great and has a nice picture too!

This 2-5-2 poem is a good summary of climate change. As fires increase and droughts get worse, it's hard not to focus on how this might end. Putting that into nine syllables is quite the challenge, but I think you did well. I keep trusting Jesus has a plan and will return before the world ends on its own, but until then I keep doing the little things I can do to help.

Putting that into nine syllables is quite the challenge, but I think you did well.
