Wonderful entry for the 25 Syllable Poetry Contest. Your wise words represent the horrors of war. What will it take? That is a good question.
Excellent presentation and word imagery.
Good syllables count and connection between lines.
Good luck in the contest.

Hey, you! This is a great entry for the 25 syllable contest. We're in the end times and wars and rumors of wars are predicted to be on the increase before the return of Jesus Christ. I personally feel we are not far from this event. Thanks for sharing and all my best in the contest.

It will take total transformation of the minds and attitudes of greedy, proud, and arrogant people who lust for power and praise. Very moving and beautifully presented poem. Best wishes for the contest.

This is a very good entry for the 25 syllable poem competition--the poem poses an oft asked question. War has been a part of life since Time began. It seems we are always fated to be fighting over something. To me, the answer is obvious--live and let live. I enjoyed your poem for it gives one pause to think--much conveyed in few words. Great job!

-Nice artwork and presentation.
-You have used your 25 syllables well
with a good topic.
-A very good opening line showing how
war continues even though "we hope and pray."
-A very good image "fog of war."
-A very good open ended question
that doesn't have an easy answer.
-The best one is as you said, "hope and pray."
-A very good entry; good luck in the contest.

I enjoyed your poem. How true your words are. It seems as though if is getting worse. I hope we don't get pulled into it. I love the picture. Goes nicely with the words. Good luck in the contest.

An excellent entry for the 25 syllable poetry contest. I wish I had the answer to your question but i pray we find the answer before things get any worse in this world. Good luck in the contest.

When man loses his lust, his prejudice, his anger, his unforgiveness, there will always be war, revenge and anger stir the violence in the soul, provoked the murderous reaction, it's in all men, some recognise it and overcome, but most do not, blessings Roy
