I love the message of your poem and the rhyming. God forgives when we trust - it's so true and inspiring for all of us! Two notes - I was a little confused about the crust part. Also, I realized the word nonplussed actually has two opposing definitions. Your use of it here is correct for the formal definition (surprised and unsure how to react) but the informal, more casual use of the word actually means unperturbed. So it's a tough word because it could be interpreted either way by the reader. Overall, great job though! I wish you luck in your continued writing.
