You always pick the prettiest pictures! And this poem serves well as an ekphrastic poem as it addresses that "pensive, lighthearted geisha" (I like the contrasting adjectives!) and guesses that she must be in love with some lucky guy.

Her pensive mood and gaze do seem to suggest that she is thinking of someone she holds close to her heart. To me, her right arm that is draped across her breast, with hand holding her upper arm, also suggest that she might be in love. Your words compliment the theme very well.
