Liked that. We have a nervous little rat terrier who is an AZ dog stuck in Oregon rain. She cannot stand even the smallest hint of conflict and will whine and kiss your face until you make peace. Wrote a poem For Love of Daisy. Funny how those furry little children rule our lives! Esther

This is actually the first entry I have reviewed for this contest.
You got your message across very well. Unfortunately, many kids are in this chilled condition where their parents are fighting all the time. I can attest to the fact that it's not a good feeling as a kid. My parents used to fight all the time. They were verbal fights, not physical, but they were just as bad.
Good rhyming pattern. No errors
