A catchy haiku with an adorable picture paired with it. I live on a farm and we have mice everywhere, but this paints them in a much cuter light! Your 'cold' words come through well.
I did check, and the haiku's for the contest are not supposed to rhyme.
Thanks for sharing,
Julie

I don't think haikus are supposed to rhyme dear girl, so perhaps hide the mice in the middle fo the line, but cleverly worked out my friend, an excellent attempt, blessings Roy

This was a lovely haiku, though I must admit I am no expert in the form. You got the syllable counts right, and your subject matter seems to be correct. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.

I just love it. The picture does give me a warm and fuzzy feeling even though the mouse is nestled in snow. I spent two years working off the slopes of Alaska. That's nature! The things I saw there humble anything I see here at home. The summers in Alaska, although very short, nobody should miss. Vacation?

Hi, Ionna. This looks like a good entry for the contest. Good luck with that.!
I think this is a beautiful haiku. I just have one question What Is a snow cone fleece? I know flurry would make it too many syllables. But, you could say
Snow cone flurries sprout chilled mice
So lovely the picture you painted with your words. Great job!! Thank you for sharing
