Love is a powerful gift from God! His unconditional love for us is staggering. My love for someone was once this pure and still is, I suppose. Never found that with anyone else.

I like the way you wove the philosophy carefully into the well composed musical aspects of this poem, the subtle rhyme and the subtle rhythm, the intricate word play. I guess we all ask this question, what is love? In the end, I think love escapes definition, escapes the cerebral for the spiritual, the dark for the light. It can't be put into a box. It is self sacrifice. It is compassionate. I like poems that get you thinking, and this poem does that. estory

Ty for your review but I've been disqualified. Free verse doesn't mean free verse. I love writing but this just takes the wind out of your sails. It already costs a lot of money to just submit one plus I promoted it ..all that $ for nothing. I don't get it. I've got reserves on others but this makes me want to not even write anymore..why bother..but I do appreciate you taking the time to read it and leave a review. Have a blessed day.

I don?t understand how it is not considered free verse. You should ask them, to really find out. It is sad when it makes you not want to write anymore.

So sorry to hear I just had a post that is heavily promoted get no views in more than.24 hours. So, I hear you. But don?t give up. I make enough reviewing to allow me to post and heavily promote at lease one work per week. no money out of my pocket. You should consider it.
