I was surprised not to find more entries to this contest which seemed to be creative. Besides, it gave me a chance to revisit the memories of my best pal, who I still sense staring at me some mornings. Thank you for the read and review.

Oh if only dogs could talk their owners lives would be so much easier. Your writing is brilliant this is exactly how it is when you're a dog owner. No such thing as a lie in. 'I guess my bowels are as twisted as your knickers' that's hilarious. Buddy was a handsome dude.

Your story reminds me of when a dog wakes up and must go potty and there is no way a person wants to get up at that time of day. I have found out from your story that bathroom duties cannot wait.
