So much truth in jest here, John. Wives have such a civilizing effect on men that nothing much would ever get done without them. They always seem to know where things are. They know what's on the calendar and where we are supposed to go when and who has a birthday coming up. You put it so succinctly and well in this great little tribute to wives and mothers. - Jim

But I'm not quite at the drooling point yet. And I really want to know who moves that remote! Afterall, there's just two of us in the house!
(I like the old folks' trend of taping over all the unused remote button, preventing calamitous erroneous hits.)
