A tiny bit of perfection. Glorious picture. Perfect matting. You did not try to overshadow your poem. Many make that mistake. Bright colors do not fix bad stories. The poetry itself is concise and succinct. Keep writing. Karen

    Very kind words, but I have a long way to go withy poetry. I like to try different writings. I figure it all helps.

Okay as far as it goes I believe it was meant to have an internal as well as an external rhyme which you have, I think you met the syllable count though. The first thing I wrote missed that rule and had about eight words in each line. Good luck.
