I am very much look forward to seeing that eternal city one day. It may be closer than I think. I do not know how much longer God will keep me on this planet, but whatever time he does, I pray that I will always glorify him. Patricia.

not a fan but i recognise the to infinity and beyond part lol

this was a nice 57577 poem
with good imagistic words
smoothly flowing over each line

one suggestion i have is maybe to center the poem too make it look like it's between the tracks? eh just a thought...

thank you for sharing
shelley :)

No idea what this is about but it really doesn't mater. I enjoyed reading it gazing at what is beyond infinity. However, now I have put it light that it sounds like Buzz Lightyear. I thought Rome was the eternal city?

The true eternal city is the New Jerusalem. If one reads in Revelation this Earth and everything in it, including all the cities will be destroyed. And yes, I did borrow from Buzz Lightyear. I probably should have mentioned that. Thank you for reviewing and commenting on this poem.

It was only when I rewrote it simplify that I noticed. I would keep it to yourself.

Okay, I will do just that. I don't believe it an exact quote, but it might be close enough.
