A well crafted nature Tanka about the Swallow's migration, following the sun that will help warm their eggs as they nest in warmth.
I've always wondered how they know where to go.

I am not sure this is actual science I think they use magnetic fields to navigate only using the sun just after it sets. You are correct however that they do fly in the day and so I will give you poets licence on that point as most songbirds fly at night. Good luck with your entry to the contest.
