This is a beautiful tribute about a mother who, obviously, was very much loved and appreciated. The spiritual aspect is heartfelt, as well, plus the anticipated hope of being together again one future glorious day.

I think we've all known her. I love this. It starts me out feeling happy about a beautiful person then makes me sad. Bringing up the beautiful memories makes me happy again. Knowing there is an eternal happiness consoles me. Hmmm.

I'm sure your mother would be deeply proud of this fine tribute. It portrays her in a very beautiful and graceful way, clearly devoted to her faith. Your rhyming free verse has good fluency, my only stumble would be in the 4th line from the bottom which could be improved to match the rest of your eloquent verse. Good luck in the contest! Virtual Six Stars. The gun was found reading your poem because I wrote a poem when we lost our mother too. She was a very sweet soul and a very strong like you describe your mother. This is very well written with very good descriptions and words that full of colorful imagery and emotion.
