Ciao mystery poet you now have 18 votes.

A well deserved position.

As I was read your awesome poem Van Gogh came to mind ( I love his work) so I wasn't surprised when I reached the end and read your notes.

You created the mood and made it look so easy despite you could only used words starting with S.

Kudos to you!

Wonderful use of the letter 's' as not just a letter, but more of soothing voice that walks through your dreamy vision... Thanx for sharing and best of luck in the contest!

Wow, this must have taken forever to compose! No wonder there were so few contestants! I can't believe how evocatively you've captured the scene in the visual. Well done and good luck! Debbie

Wow, you met the challenge well with this exclusively S-word poem. I really liked "stars softly shed
Sowing silver seeds, streets shine"
You really brought van Gogh's painting to life!
Best wishes in the contest!

The line "Seeking starry-eyed sonata" stands out to me. A sonata is usually a composition for an individual soloist, but, sometimes accompanied by another artist. To collaborate on my own terms is my ideal, not my reality. Most beautiful!

Love this poetic description of Van Gogh's "Starry Night". I felt like I was right in the picture. Great use of words starting with the letter 's'. Excellent job!

When I saw this prompt, I thought it was impossible. You have proven me wrong! You wrote a great poem with the required word count and using the same beginning letter. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.

When I first began, I too got frustrated and thought it was impossible. Then I looked up s words in an old dictionary which helped. Thanks again for the six stars.
