This story tells the importance of getting therapy for help with difficulties in your life. So many people suffer unnecessarily because they are afraid to get the help they need. You have done a good thing by highlighting the wisdom in seeking help through qualified counseling from a professional therapist.

It's refreshing to see you are building up your tales without totally reliance on narration. This shows good progress. Don't change your inner writer's words, but strive for a little more variety such as this.

Small edits:
(with) chubby cheeks; (the) (t)herapist insists; (no capital 't' needed for therapist throughout your story); (is) no longer making mistakes.
