As one of those good ole farm boys I felt right at home with this post, more so than most. LOL. And yes, I used to love to lie in the grass and watch the stars. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, sir. I like being a country girl, married to a good old boy. 😊 I feel sorry for people who?ve never experienced what we got to. Thank you for reading!

This is a nice nonet, with a bit of romance to it. It's always fun to look back on life and remember being young together. Good picture, also. I wish the font were a bit larger, but I realize you posted from your phone. Blessings. Carol

Thank you for sharing life at a simpler time. I honestly believe life was better back in the day. It was a much slower pace and people actually took time to enjoy life and knew what was important.

I do agree with your thoughts, mostly because we've breed a generation of zombies. No, they don't eat brains. They allow phones to suck theirs through their eyeballs, though. Not an original thought in the bunch of them! (Have you noticed how many TV shows and movies are reboots? CRAZY! There's so much to share and discuss but all they can do is share what we created... Sad.) Anyhow, thank you, my friend,
    Blessings and hugs,

You can't start a poem with that word, you've got to be 21 to start a poem with that word...is what I would have said if I didn't have the ability to zoom in. Really did need to zoom in for this one. worth it though for a lovely tale of love.

OMGoodness gracious, golly gosh! (Yup, that's about the extent of my explicatives. lol!) I guess the font did make it look, like that. I let my daughter and grandson look at it and the boy zoomed in, looked at me and said, "Umm, Grandma... You need to fix that right now!" HA! I may go ahead and do that now, even though it's days old. I do appreciate your humor. It's always a great way to start the workday. :)
