I love that picture. I want to make a collage like that, but copywrite infringement laws are a bear. The poem was a great comparison of how people see things. The little boy jumping in puddles is on an exciting adventure. There is nothing like it. Then the astronauts and walking on the moon is another adventure, only this time its grown men. Still searching for that next adventure. Great poem. Gretchen

This poem caused me to smile because to young children jumping in a puddle is exactly like walking on the moon. They are just as happy and proud of themselves. Thank you for sharing.

There is no surface water on the moon, so I don't get it. Instead of warring all the time ocean study and outer space study should be ramped up. Pull ot the armies and retrain them for the new use. Karen

I guess that's a good comparison - just those mini-steps on the moon for the very first time was a huge leap in mankind's history. In the same way, that sense of discovery for a little child is monumental in his history.
