An excellent entry for the 200 Word Flash writing prompt. Good storyline told within the limited word count format. The ending was unexpected with subtle humor. Mental health days are a necessity in today's working world. good luck in the contest.

Absolutely great picture. You did not mention where the picture came from in your author notes. pictures are only free if you mention where they came from.

thanks, Karen, the pic came from the MS 365 AI generator, I just type in a description of what I want and it makes a picture. I will be sure to mention that in the future. Thanks for the review :) glad you liked it.
