This sounds like a passionate embrace here, did this take place in Paris? You were inspired by this sculpture and I wish you luck with the contest, love Dolly x

I enjoyed your poem that I am an artist and a writer. In words match perfectly with the famous statue. You use good imagery and vivid descriptions. There is also much emotion in your poem. Thank you for sharing it.
Best wishes
Alex

This free verse, Somewhere in Paris, has the proper formatting and reminds me of Keats' observations of the stilled romance on a Grecian urn.
"Beauty is truth, truth beauty,--that is all
Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know."

That is good really good. Sorry to say this but I am sorry you put the picture on this. I find it has taken away my opportunity to create my own picture. This site loves pictures so we all use them and usually, they help a little sometimes a lot. This time I feel my imagination has been stifled. The words get 5 stars.
