I am, therefor I exist. It really is not so bad to be confused for everyone of us are here. But do we really exist? or are we just the imagination of a sleeper who will one day wake up? I don't know. Now I'm confused. :) Thank you for sharing.

I think your poem is excellent, tender and heartfelt. I had the same; and absent father and a wonderful mother. Her love made all the difference in my life. Thanks for sharing, Mr. Green. Much enjoyed.

You have meaningfully expressed the loss and sorrow of a child abandoned by his father. The breakdown of the family is a tragedy for the culture but, as you show here, it is devastating to the children.
