Love it! SO much to the point. I suggest you get rid of the apostrophe in the title (that's if it's the plural form of chap) but otherwise the photo and poem are perfectly married. Good luck!

I knew I knew that name, I had to look it up, he was on a cover of a The Smiths record. Although it says he was French-Swiss. The poem is very cleaver, I guess the photo came first. 5 starts. Good Luck in the competition.

    I'm European .. is crap a swear word in America?
    Alain Delon was recently on the news last January and some of his old photos popped up on internet.

    His eldest son reported his sister to the police saying she was complicit in abuse and violence against their father.

    Apparently, Alain failed 5 cognitive tests between 2019 -2022, and she did not advise her siblings.

    There is a huge fortune at stake some $200 million and the vultures want their piece.

    I'm English crap is slang. I am not bother by it. I notice a lot of god fearing folks on here so asked the question. I don't think ticking the box does anything other than adding a little triangle.

    I don't see any real harm can come from the fact I didn't warn the more pious members of our community here on fanstory.

    Good on you. I just told someone off for suggesting that Romeo and Juliet was created by an Englishman. Plainly an piece of Italian genius. Also they corrected me for using a comma rather than a semicolon and dropped my down to 4 stars for it. lol.

    I just corrected someone for suggesting that Romeo and Juliet was created by an English author. When it was plainly a piece of Italian genius. I did not drop them a star for it. Unlike them when they noted I used a comma when I should have used a semicolon. lol.

    Yes, It was originally an Italian novella , translated later by an Englishman ( Arthur Brooke) , then Shakespeare adapted the source material and put his words etc.

    Note that there are some member who give 4 stars just simply because there is a grammar issue ..

    I would point any grammar issues out and still give a 5 star review.

    I?m focused on the content ..

    maybe I?m willing to close an eye because I know I make spelling mistakes too.

    I don?t think so though, I just think it?s lousy to give less for a couple of spelling mistakes.

    I am happy for someone to give me four for a spelling mistake. However, if I correct it I think they should revise the award and I would thank them buy nominating them as a good reviewer.

    I nominate those that have helped me in spelling , with suggestions .

    I don?t know how to change a vote though .. .

    often I post a review and point out that a requirement is missing but I still give a 5 cause I don?t know how to change a 4 to a 5 later.


    But if I can help, why not? ..

    I started writing poetry 5 years ago .. I just like to share my thoughts , I never promote my work.

    If members want to review great , if not .. no problems.

    You just go back and give it a score again, it will not allow a 6 but all else will be there. I assume it works, but have never actually checked.
