Ha ha ha, this is very funny and I can identify with this post as kids always tell it as it is and we cannot get away with anything these days, I loved the humour here and you won my vote, love Dolly x

Well, my face has been fixed (temporarily, I am sure!) - thanks so much for a super review, and for your vote. Glad the story brought a smile.

That is good, I like it. I hope it does well in the competition. fifty words sounds like a lot but when they are put on a page they use very little space. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Author,
this was really funny. There are priorities as you know. How can one concentrate on the story when something like hair on the chin is right in front of you? Well done. Good luck in the contest.
Blessings,
Tom

Kids say the darnedest things, don't they? With the innocence spoken, there's no way to get mad.
This was well written and I believe has all the requirements completed.
Best of luck in the contest.

This 50-word story, Growing Together, has the proper word count and shares both the stark honesty of a child and the cool use of the title in an unusual way in the tale.

This is really funny. You are focused on your child's intellectual progress, and she's focused on your chin hair. A really clever flash piece that many will relate to.
Best of luck!
