love that red feather pic!

this was a great naani - though with the title together with the poem, it does look like 5 lines, so you may get some flack from the rules reviewers lol
maybe put lines 2 & 3 (dances across the page bleeding love poems) on same line?
just a couple thoughts for you to kick around

great naani with cool imagery and smooth flow
thank you for sharing
shelley :)

Hi Gypsy, I love this poem. It is filled with good imagery and high sensory appeal. Of note:

written with red ink
and dusted with passion

(Lots of passion, indeed)

Perfect photo choice. Beautiful presentation. Well done. Xo. M

Such is the story of the poet. Short and effective lines, one might say short and sweet. From what I read about this style of poetry, this is off to an excellent start.
Thanks for sharing your words.

As you already know I don't know very much about poetic form. I just know I enjoy reading poems. For me a good poem needs to evoke an emotion or memory. If it does that, then I think it's a good poem. Am I making sense??? Your poem always evokes an emotion.

Thank you, Barbara, you make perfect sense. Haiku and other Japanese are all based on emotions, deep thoughts, and imagery. I am happy you feel my poems evoke emotions. Besides that, I am a very emotional person so it shows in my poems.

Your choice of words here... Well, they worked so well together. The poem was beautiful to read - I read it four times - and the pictures you chose complimented the writing perfectly.

I guess we associate our passion p, time and effort spent in shaking our hearts, souls and minds with others, we consider that is our life source, metaphorically speaking our life's blood, well done Gypsy, blessings Roy
