This is an excellent poem sharing about hurtful memories but having wisdom to grab onto what they learned and taking it into the future. This author did a great job telling the story in a rhyming and flowing way. Love the positive ending!

I wish I knew how to "hold onto the memories, but let go of the pain." That was a great line, and this was a great poem. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.
