This is a sweet poem and is very nice overall. It's a nice twist on the cliche "roses are red, violets are blue" poem.
However, for a contest entry, I would expect a little more originality or creativity, to make it stand out from the other flower haikus. It also helps to add a photo (which I never take into account when rating poems, but apparently it matters to other people).

A good entry for the 5-7-5 A Flower Writing Prompt. A poem the compares the blue rose to the color of the sky and the sweetness of a pie. I'm thinking blueberry? Simple and sweet poem. Nicely done. Good luck in the contest.
