I think this is 5-7-5 is simply lovely. The daffodil representing the start of Spring gives the poem a liveliness and is a nice way to express the adage 'out with the old and in with the new.' I liked this 5-7-5 about a daffodil. It was very cheerful. Comparing the flowers to suns was cute and made springtime seem close at hand. You picked a really good picture to go with this, too.
