Great poem and I wasn't sure if the memory "placed on my lover's skin" was physical like a tattoo, or just figuratively.

This gave me chills reading it! This definitely deserves six stars. I didn't expect the ending. This shows so much feeling in just a few words. Also, congrats on your 200 posting, and for being an all-time best!

When someone moves on from your life, they leave a hole. Finding the things or people that will fill that void will take time.

Thanks, Patty, for the six stars and wonderful review. I feel somewhat empty. I can fill that up with plenty of music, friends, and conversation. These are some of the good things I hold onto.
