Safeway? You're referring to the grocery store? I'm sorry I don't get the reference. It's hard to rate the poem when I don't know much stuff about the Bible.
As satire, it's pretty good. I picture Moses doing God's work and then clocking out at 5 p.m. to get groceries for the weekend.

Safeway? You're referring to the grocery store? I'm sorry I don't get the reference. It's hard to rate the poem when I don't know much stuff about the Bible.

The idea of Moses offering salvation is certainly not a belief in any world religion I know of, but it certainly might have seen that way to the Israelites when he was present, so this is a creative and entertaining take on the ten commandments. I'm just confused by the last word. Is Moses going grocery shopping at Safeway?
