We typically think of winter as white and colorless but you bring out the colors of a winter sunset in your 5-7-5. I especially liked the alliteration and consonance of "sun sets sky is painted ". Best wishes in the contest!

A very nice example for the ode to Winter 5-7-5 writing prompt. There is nothing more beautiful that a vibrant sunset reflecting off of the white snow. You captured the feeling with your words and the phoe you used brings the concept all together. Nice work.
