I don't have a cat either (allergic) but from my experience this is definitely a storyline that could be taking place in their dream state. Cats are such drama. No simple dream would ever do. Your imagery is wonderful and I loved the ending. Good job.

Thank you, Marilyn. This was actually inspired by a cat nap that I took and distinguishing it from a power nap.
