Congrats on your win in the Write A Senryu contest. Your short but creative poem is an exceptional example of a Senryu. The syllable count is perfect and the imagery and inspirational message in the 3 lines of the poem is brilliant. I'm only sorry that I don't have 6 stars to give. This Senryu however is deserving of 10 stars+

This has all the elements of traditional haiku. You have the perfect balance of the five seven five pattern, the nature image, and the epiphany moment. Here the scattering autumn leaves symbolize memories and our tenuous grasp on them. estory
