Hi Author,
it seems that the dreaded editing bug has infested what was a richly worded essay that could have deserved a higher rating.

Second line a good day for writing a? Then...
Ideas morphed, swelled and shank and I eagerly a?" enthusiastically a?"

I hope you correct these obvious advanced editing glitches before the contest is adjudicated... because I did enjoy the read and the richness within the words and feelings.

All the very best in this contest Author... and yes, you are a writer, a very good writer!

With our thoughts we create...
the draw to the irresistible.

Kind regards,
James.

This was a wonderful story. I do like it when ideas for writing comes almost effortlessly. You described that well in this story. Good details on how you felt and what you were able to accomplish. Nice story.

I like your story and knowing that you love to write. Writing is a wonderful past time even if you are at an airport waiting for the plane to take off. Keep writing and telling your story. We need encouragement every once in a while.

This is an excellent story describing the buzz from being in the zone, the whole process of inspired thought and the "ineluctability (had to look that one up) of words once they hit the imagination. I enjoyed the instructional nature of your particular write and the way you brought that Yukon river adventure to life. A story within a story. Well done and good luck! Debbie

Writing, there's no doubt about is a progressive journey, and if one takes it slow, then the progress one makes is likewise slow, but the deeper one swims the swifter the current, beautifully written, blessings Roy

Nice explanation of how the writing bug works for you. I Especially took a note of how you learned not to fear leaving portions on the "cutting room floor". That is probably very good advice.

Just some computer gremlins:
eagerly â?" enthusiastically â?"

Best of luck in the contest! Julie

Thank you! It's very hard to let go of turns of phrase and situations that I've fallen in love with. I keep a page - a graveyard - of cuttings just in case I can find a place for them (smile). Don't know how those gremlins got in! Freeloaders!!!!
