This free verse reminds us why we all write, to entertain and inspire. Imagination is a gift to share.
The middle two lines in the last stanza are grammatically incorrect.
Maybe they could be I write to inspire my fans.
The magic in books inspire mee
Keep writing and stay healthy.

I agree with you. I have always loved to read. When I was gaining my masters degree in Literacy u had to analyze how kids read, what they read, why they read, and more. I received an A + for my coursework and a degree certificate, but was turned off from reading for a few years.
Your poem brings me back also to the dreamy days of reading and writing for pleasure. That's why I enjoy being here. It's the creative fun stuff again not the analytical stuff. Thank you for sharing this.
