One of my favorite stories to read my first graders was 'Rainbow Fish' by Swiss author and illustrator, Marcus Pfister, and translated into English by J. Alison James. This book's presentation is wonderful. We'd do art projects about the book. The kids loved it. Your poem is making me miss first grade. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Marival, your picture and poem made
me smile sweet girl...reminded me of when
my kids and grandkids would sit and play in
the puddles...and if you really think about it...
you never know if they were seeing the colors of
a rainbow...they do follow when it rains...
I love your poem my sweet friend...and the picture
is precious...very nicely written...Love you...Linda...xxoo

Cute, I do suppose when the rainbows come out the reflections in the puddles would be quite captivating, an excellent haiku, very well written, gorgeous photo****kahpot

I guess the sun came out to shine in the puddle and create "rainbow fish" in that puddle. That's a cute poem and I guess there will be a lot of laundry to do next.

I actually walked to the library with atticus and was raining a bit. He was pretending to fish in the puddles......... so funny.
Thankyou big sister

How fun! Hope he didn't get all wet! It was raining and snowing here today.

We both got wet but not bad. (*÷*) we are having a lot of rain... it's good for the planet.
I would like to get some snow but it never snow in Los Angeles.
Hugs!

Oh, you don't want snow. You can always drive to snow. It's dangerous to drive in snow! Glad you are both safe and that it's not flooding! 💖 Goodnight! 💤🎶
