And so it continues. I have faith in you, and I am sure you will clear this whole mess up one way or another. I'm going to get caught up on my reading today, so I will be right back.

Hi Carol, Yes, some people talk like that and Ava is obviously one of them. I can see why you've used it in this chapter. It doesn't do anything for the person, in my view.
Again a chapter full of drama and great dialogue. A hug, Ulla xcx

Unfortunately, Ava is modeled after my estanged daughter. She talks to me like that all the time. Or she did when we were talking. I never can understand why she would want to be so vulgar. She's 5'4' with beautiful long hair, but she uses a trucker's mouth. The story is winding up for the big explosion. I've wrapped it up with Chap 33 which I'll post on Sunday. I've got to read and get more $$ first. Thank you for the review, Ulla.

I appreciate your review and comments. I was afraid all the swearing would be over the top for most reviewers, but you don't think I expressed the anger deep enough. I certainly would appreciate a broader explanation so I could work on it.
Thank you so much. Have a great day.

I'm so sorry but I've missed some of this story so am now trying to catch up. But, in excellent dialogue and well-paced narration, you've conveyed a truly heart-breaking and traumatic situation between these three generations with nothing but lasting hurt being sustained. No worry about the language which is absolutely appropriate in the context of the story. Thanks for sharing. Take care Debbie

    Thank you, Debbie.
I hate to use extremely foul language but I didn't know any other way to demonstrate Ava's personality. Thank you for understanding.
Appreciate the thoughts and the review. Have a great day!Smiles, Carol

This is another excellent. I feel sorry for Isabella, caught between her daughter and granddaughter. I do not see any need for improvement. Have a blessed day.

Yes, Isabella is standing on an island surrounded by sharks. She loses regardless of what she does. Thank you for reading and commenting.

Ava is horrible, horrible, horrible. Even the devil shouldn't have a daughter like her. No wonder Natasha is a rotten, spoiled, lying kid. Now they've involved Isabella in their mess. This story has to continue until we see what happens to each of the main characters...Dion, Gabby, Natasha, Jason, Juan, and Isabella.

    Good morning, Lorraine
Yes, the story has a life of it's own and it refuses to end without exploring every nook and cranny I guess. Ava is a tough nut to crack...especially when one never knows where is coming from. She reaches out to Isabella and then strikes like a snake when the answer isn't what she wants. Thank for reading and commenting.

I'm like you in that I avoid bad language whenever possible, but sometimes, we just can't paint the true character of person without sharing the negative outbursts too. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, Ric. Unfortunately, I can't envisioned my daughter in any other way. Somewhere, and I do not know where, the train derailed between her and I, and the crash ended any love we shared. Maybe like the wild flowers, a seed will plant itself and grace me someday.

My goodness, this is a heartbreaking story. Nat is spoilt to the core, has no understanding or empathy for others, and is so selfish she would even ruin her father's life with her lies. Wish I still had a six for you. I am so sorry you had to go through all this, and I hope the truth will eventually come out.

Lies have a way of destroying the core of a family. The laws can declare something a falsehood, but it can't erase the damage and lingering questions with some. It's a sad situation with no bright future looming anywhere.

Natasha is just a chip off the old block. Her mother is unreasonable just like Natasha. Poor Isabella is trying to do the right thing, but the two females in her life go to the dark side.

This work has reached the exceptional level

Offended anyone, no way. This was very realistic, and just how ordinary people would behave, speak and function in such a situation, even the cops. Divided loyalties, bonds, emotions, and doubts all mixed in with family drama and responsibilities. It's a messy affair, and you well in portraying that.
