I really liked your word choice in the last line. "He bursts into raucous torment" is a great and unexpected way to put a fresh birth.

I think so. I love the creativity of your poem. This acrostic is well written as the first word of each line feels natural. Love the final line. That's what you are waiting for. Great job!

This acrostic poem, BIRTH, introduces the bundle of joy into the cold and scary world within which he/she will need to become as comfortable in as the former abode. Not much chance of that though.
