The imagery is clear and I like the personification of the snow and the leaves.
Perfect syllable count for the contest requirements.

A small suggestion - alter the background or text colour - they are too similar, making it difficult to read.

Okay, I can see the post. Your 5-7-5- syllable count is on point. I have a mental picture of leaves being buried by the snow. Each line connects well with the next. Good job.
