Thank you for sharing this beautiful moonflower poem. I enjoyed reading this poem and it caused me to do some research. I'm going to have to be on the lookout for moonflowers. They are native to Texas. Once again, your presentation was beautiful.

Moonflower an interesting concept to ponder such as only at the moon's beckon?
Never in the full Sun?
Sleeping during the daylight hours?
Awaiting the evening hours for the fun to be gone?
...
Beautiful artwork as always Miss Gypsy Blue Rose.

I guess the roses had plenty to blush about seeing the moonflower "disrobe." A great use of personification of these two very different types of flowers. Great illustrations!

What a great metaphor you have used to describe the sunset and the new moon. The blushing roses is a great personification with use of its pink as being shy.
Excellent.

Do like the overall presentation of this post Gypsy.
Verse, font color, and artwork mesh together in a nice package.
Disrobing and blushing are a good word/idea couple.

Indeed, it does, Gypsy!
And you have presented its beauty in a most stunning offering.
Used to grow moonflowers, but they didn't do well in my wild and wooly garden.
A lovely presentation = both visual and emotive.
Thank you for sharing!

You should have listed this as "adult content". I feel like a Peeping Tom. I want more, Gypsy! I can't get enough of your words and designs! I'd like to read tht book but i don't know if I could stand seeing all that beauty at once!
