That's a great way to deal with trials! And I know you have had your share of trials and so you gave us a great example. We know our souls are well in the Lord and by praising Him, Who has control over all things, we can put our problems into perspective!

That is the main thing, that we have assurance in our souls that God is in control, and we are safe in His care, whatever our present burdens may be.
A lovely poem - thanks for sharing this encouragement.

This is a very good poem. Your poem reads and flows well. I remember a song with that title. Written by a man who lost his family at sea. The message in this poem is clear. Nice poem.

This is beautiful, hopeful, and encouraging... a lovely echo of that renowned hymn "When Peace Like a River". It's true. No matter what we're going through, as soon as we leave everything in God's hands, everything can and will be well with our souls. I just have one small correction. After "a problem", there should be a comma. Thanks for sharing this!

Like the song goes, when the ship went ove the spot where Horatio Sparforth's daughters drowned, that is where those words were first recorded, such tragedy gave birth to that wonderful song, well done, blessings Roy

Nicely balanced poem laid out in a 5-7-7-7-5 format. A very good contemplation on the biblical concept found a 2 Kings 4:26. A powerful statement for those in tribulation. Well said.
