Hi Bill,
I have a younger sister, Kathy. We never got along. I recall when I was in Grade 9 and she moved up to my very own Grand Bay High School. It bugged me to see her coming to a Friday night dance. That was my territory! And she had invaded it! I felt defenseless, exposed. She was an intruder of my kingdom. It was a rivalry. I still don't understand it. I was never able to accept her on my level. Which is oldest... Adam or Katie?
Cheers,
Kimbob

Well, Bill, I am dropping in on a book I think I would have enjoyed reading. Up to now, I haven't been following any books because I am simply not here enough, and when I am, I can't spend a lot of time. But this is making me want to read more.

It will hopefully be over as my wife is now home. Thank you for taking a look.

Oh, no cat and mouse, well what can you do strange brotherly love or should we say not. Thanks for for sharing and good luck with your writings. And maybe they will get better in time.

So Kathy is still back in hospital. I hope it will only be for a short time. I can understand that your now grown up kids are at loggerhead the minute they are in the same room, and always have been. Wow. Ulla:)))

Oh Dear Bill,
I am so sorry to know your wife is back in the hospital... I loved reading about your amazing children...
Is that a photo of them when they were young?
Lisa, still recovering from my new knee....

Kathy is back home as of last night. She seems good. No those are computer kids.

Have to love siblings, I have two brothers, and all have scars to prove it, "physical and mental" but when it comes to Mom, we are and act perfect, hope all is going fine****kahpot

Now Bill, surely you must have over time developed a control word or action forces them to go to neutral corners. Now is the perfect time to use whatever you have. If you do not have one, shame on you, it is a gross failure on your part.

When I read that title, I thought "Oh, No! Not his children now, too!" But, thankfully, this turned out to be a lighthearted piece after all the tension you've undergone. Here's looking forward to that day when your wife will read these writings and give you as kiss for it!

She has heard a few. I am reaching the point that I no longer affect her. Maybe it's her hearing?

My wife always told me I need a hearing aid. At my age, why bother?

You mentioned this before some. My sisters and me picked at each other a lot. Sometimes just for run.
My mom gave as a wide berth unless we got loud. Then she would send us to the corners. for 10 minutes of silence. Ten minutes can be a very long time! I am thinking about writing a contest called" Let's kill Karen" you can kill me with kindness, roll me over with a steam roller, have me fighting with my support hose and tumbling down the stairs, but it must make me laugh.
I have mentioned it to others and they said they would be happy to kill me. Is that a bad thing?
:-) Karen

It always depends on who is saying it.

At least can still be around each other. And they are talking. :-)

They sound like my children at a holiday gathering. Someone always gets roasted. Maybe their visiting times should be separate. I'm pretty sure my kids have come close to giving me a stroke.
