Another fine haiku, Gypsy....and I can relate to the turtle....sometimes that's the way some of life's challenges look to me. I tell myself just one step at a time, but sometimes you wish you could take the ski lift to the summit!

No matter what we do we need to take one step at a time. That's just part of life. And then when we need to change a behavior the one step at a time is our anthem call. I enjoyed this entire presentation. Thank you for sharing.

That helps to break things into steps because a foot journey to Mt. Fuji looks impossible but we can take our small steps faithfully and be surprised at our progress. Great quote!!

What a wonderful haiku, Gypsy. We started talking about a little turtle then moved on Mount Fuji beckoning, then we have a long ways to go. Very well done and immensely enjoyed. Blessed Be n Hugs!!! The picture was great.

Most welcome, Gypsy.

That is quite interesting. The Haiga seems much like advertising!
This would be a very cool contest idea. Does the Haiku need to be nature?
Good stuff !

I love this, a little turtle can't walk very quickly, it would indeed be a long journey, so it's a great satori with a few varied aha moments, it would make for a great novel, because Mi Fuji is sacred, beautifully written, blessings Roy

You have done this very well, and it reads well. When it is put over the picture, the reader does not read it for me. I have to enlarge it enough to where I am able to read it with my poor vision. I wish you the very best.
