This is a fun tale of the reflected dog in the full-size mirror. One can only imagine the overtime gears moving as the predator-relative deals with the dream-like form.

HarryT,

Congrats on your first place win in the Mirror Image Contest. You have described in a mere 150 words the magic of discovery by a beloved pet of the wonder of a mirror image and fun one can have when meeting a new fun-loving friend.

All the best,

Eugene

Good luck in the contest. I enjoyed reading about Rusty's new "friend." Your words let the reader "see" her delight in romping with her friend in front of the mirror.

Best wishes,
Mary

An interesting approach to the mirror themed contest - a virtual doggie friend and why not in this age of virtual, just about everything !! thanks for sharing

Creative and well-written. I have observed similar responses from my pets in the past. I now have just aged Heinz 57 dog. He is 17 years old and I'm not sure he bothers to look at a mirror any longer. Good luck in the contest. ann

This is a cute flash on an adorable pup! That's a truly friendly dog that wants to make friends with the stranger in the mirror (or maybe she has never met a stranger!)

Curiosity peeked...should be piqued.

Engaging and well done!

Rusty is so adorable. Dogs can be so funny. This was so cute. I enjoyed reading this poem. Picture went well with words. Well written. Great job

I love dogs and this was such a cute story! It's so funny... the things they do in front of mirror, and how they think it's another dog. I enjoyed this very much.

Oh, I like this! You put us there in the room with Rusty and her playmate in the mirror. We SEE "their" antics. I found myself chuckling as this brought back memories of a good friend's dog who behaved much the same way. Rod
