Ann, thank you, thank you, my sweet friend. It was a lot of fun to write, but one thing I am curious about and been a little too shy to ask any of the guys. The line about the guys in bed, did you catch the end of the line that said, but not for play? I was going to put a hyphen in it but I thought that would be too obvious. LOL, just curious if anyone noticed that.

Hi Tom, I always like to learn a little about the person I am talking about so I check out the profile. I see that you are from the capital city of my state. I am amazed how many here are from Minnesota. Looks like we are about to find out what Winter is about here again. It should really shorten the season anyway. However my husband and boys in the family are big fisherman and can't wait for ice. Sorry, I am known as the site's chatterbox. LOL

Real cute, my dear! I have to send a sixer your way for this comical look at growing old. What's a prostrate??? LOL.
Old age sneaks up on us, doesn't it? It's like a Sioux warrior, quiet as a mouse until he strikes... out of the blue! And deadly, too. I walked 458 miles on the Grand Bay Trail in 2023, but you should have seen me today, carrying boxes of Christmas decorations and ornaments downstairs to storage. My knees were ready to snap. Sore! The cat was meowing all night long... I finally closed the bedroom door and grabbed a set of earplugs. But after a few minutes, that didn't work either... I could hear my heart pumping... ka-thump, ka-thump, ka-thump, rattle-rattle, ka-thump, ka-thump, ka- (uh-oh, no thump???), KA-thump! (Oh, there it is!) So out come the earplugs, and there's that constant whining again! Oh misery!
My favorite lines,
"At forty we would care enough to still fight for a cause
Our fifties cares were more about prostate and menopause"
and,
"So many times I've heard them say the phrase, "been there, done that"
It's been so long since I've been there, I don't know where 'that's' at"
and,
"My husband knows I have four guys in bed, but not for play
Their names ~ Art-Thritis, Charlie Horse, Will Power and Ben Gay" ... (this is simply fabulous! LOL.)
