A perfectly done minute poem, although I like to see spaces between the verses. (Is that not proper?) You are so kind to write about the people on FanStory who are ill or suffering in some way and unable to participate for awhile. I have very much appreciated your concern and kindness to me as I struggle with multiple issues, more than I can even tell you. I always enjoy what you write. This is no exception. It is free-flowing and melodic and well done in every respect. The illustration is perfect too. MM

Thank you again, Adonna! Appreciate you going back to this and for your formatting suggestion. Hugs!

Hi Helen
I really enjoyed your Minute poem. Love this form.
I missed the starting gun because of all the New Years Eve fireworks. The race is on. But I have never chased the rankings, and couldn't if I wanted to. My muse is always AWOL. He's a traveler. No doubt about it. I can't coax him back even for an interesting contest.
But this book, "Prayers for Fanstory Family", is a great way to keep in touch with those who are suffering and need prayer. I only learned about Judi's (judiverse) fall earlier today. It would be nice to know how she's doing.
It's so nice to see the caring in Fanstory now. I've never seen it so strong.
Nicely penned! Thanks for the update.
Hugs,
Kimbob

Thank you, Kimbob! I started the book two years ago because I couldn't keep all the prayer requests in my head. So I figured if other people were aware and praying, we could cover it together in prayer.
Hugs!

Hi there,
Thank you for helping me keep my prayer list up to date. I cannot believe how many FanStorians are dealing with health issues right now.
My prayer is that folks can come back soon and share their poetry and prose soon,

Oh, and this is only some of them. If you ask anyone else, they can give you at least another half dozen of our Fanstorians needing prayer! Thanks for caring, Patty!
Hugs!

You are so right, the New Year has not change the fate for many of our friends, but our prayers might make the difference and bring their health back. Thank you for sharing and good luck with your writings.

I admire your ability to express your thoughts poetically, but I appreciate your warm spirit and concern for our fellow FanStorians. You named a few, and there are others also suffering through challenges. Thank you for notifying us when you know of someone in need of prayer. I'm glad I'm in a community of believers who show concern for members and are willing to pray. As always, my prayers are for us all.

Thank you, Lorraine. I know you are courageously dealing with health issues but are quiet about it. And still you generously offer up your prayers! Appreciate you! 🙏💞💖 Hugs and prayers!

Hello Helen,
your heart is always in the right place gal. Intercessory prayer is a big part of a Christian's life. I appreciate you keeping on top of all the needs of the various folks. Adonna is still dealing with her husband's illness, as well as the need for hip surgery and finding someone to be with him during the surgery. I know that Yvonne has ongoing issues with her health and Poem Lover, Katharine, has problems with her knees. I'm sure we're all dealing with something, but knowing that so many people care certainly helps and encourages.
Blessings,
Tom

I hope you will write more about Katharine and Adonna and Yvonne. They may be more private about letting their needs be known but it's good to have people pray as we keep in touch through the Lord that way. I was hoping for more people to post as I can't keep in touch with everyone. Also, I'm trying to reduce time here. Thanks for caring and praying, Tom! Hugs!

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone of those you've spoken of and all the others battling we don't know about who next prayer. God bless and heal them all. Thanks for sharing.

This minute poem, For Missing Friends, has the proper formatting and reminds all of the Fanstorians that the people out here are not characters, but real. Nice.

Thank you, Bill. Every time I post about someone needing prayers, another person needs our prayers. I'm glad we can pray for each other! Hugs!

You can just write a minute poem so quickly. I admire your skill and your comparison, too. I like Judiverse' work. What's wrong with her? I know her husband has passed away last year.
We will all pray for her.

Thank you, Lisa! With a rhyming dictionary and a thesaurus nearby, the mechanics is easy if you know what you want to say.
Appreciate the super rating, too!
Hugs!

Old age is a curse sometimes Helen and people suffer health problems and we just hope they are not life threatening. A fine poem for all the Fanstory friends who had suffered ill health, love Dolly x x x

Thank you, Dolly. Most of us are older and thus, more prone to health issues. But we're glad for this time of life when we can spend time writing ! Hugs!
